Aufgaben
• Assisting with recruitment (e.g. applicant management, scheduling,
communicating with candidates)
• Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes
• Maintaining and managing personnel master data and documents
• Contributing to HR projects (e.g. employer branding, digitalisation of HR
processes)
• Preparing reports and presentations
• Supporting the team in their day-to-day operations
• Partial on site presence in Bremen or Frankfurt is required
Qualifikation
• Your education:
A student enrolled in a degree programme in Business Administration, Psychology, Business Psychology or a related field
• Your technical expertise:
Proficient with Microsoft365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Advantageous: Experience with Microsoft Navigate365 BusinessCentral
• Your soft skills:
An interest in HR topics and processes
A structured, reliable and independent approach to work
Strong analytical skills
Ability to think out of the box (open-minded)
Very good command of German and English
